Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive email confirmations when your order is confirmed and when it has been dispatched. 

If there is any delay due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

UK shipping

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48, and a tracking number will be provided when your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Free shipping for UK orders over £75.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


International shipping

We currently ship our paper sewing patterns to Europe zones 1, 2, and 3 (see list of countries here)

We do not ship fabrics internationally at this time.

We ship all orders using the International Standard service via Royal Mail. 

Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days from order confirmation. (not guaranteed)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination country.

Important: You may be responsible for paying customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs.


RETURNS POLICY

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery. To initiate a return, please use our Contact Us form. We will provide instructions on where to send your return.


Return conditions:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and unopened packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Cut lengths of fabric (as these are custom orders).

PDF patterns, which are digital downloads and cannot be returned once the download has started.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
