General order questions
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Shipping is free for UK orders over £75.
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship paper patterns to the UK and Europe Zones 1, 2, and 3 (see full list here).
Our PDF patterns are available worldwide.
We do not currently ship fabrics outside the UK.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours.
Delivery times are typically:
UK: 3–5 business days
Europe: 4–7 business days

Ordering fabrics
What is the unit of measure for fabrics?
All fabric prices are listed per half metre (50cm).
This is to allow our customers to order more specific lengths of fabric.
For example:
Quantity “1” = 50cm
Quantity “2” = 1 metre
Quantity “3” = 1.5 metres
All fabric is cut in one continuous length.
Can I order fabric samples?
Yes! Fabric samples are available for £0.50 per swatch. You can order them here.
Add the number of samples to your cart, and in the Order Notes at checkout, specify the fabric name(s) and colour(s) you'd like.
Do you accept returns on fabrics?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on cut fabrics as this is considered a custom order.
If your fabric arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us before cutting or washing, so we can assist.
My fabric looks different than I expected. What can I do?
We are trying our best to give an accurate representation of the true colour. However, colours may appear differently on various screens. We recommend ordering a fabric swatch before placing your final order to avoid disappointment, as we are not able to issue refunds on cut lengths of fabric.
Ordering patterns
Do you accept returns on patterns?
Paper patterns can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping.
PDF patterns are non-refundable, as they are delivered immediately via digital download.

How will I receive my PDF pattern?
Once purchased, your PDF pattern will be available immediately for download.
A link will be sent to your email to download the file. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.
Product questions
Are seam allowances included in your patterns?
Yes, all our patterns include seam allowances. These are specified in your instruction booklet.
Which units are used in your patterns?
All measurements are given in millimeters (mm), centimeters (cm), or meters (m).
Which sizes are included in your patterns?
Our patterns are sized using UK sizing.
Each pattern includes a specific size range, detailed on its product page.
We include a size guide based on body measurements as well as detailed finished garment measurements.
We recommend comparing finished measurements with a garment you already own to ensure you are choosing the right size.
We currently cover sizes UK4 to 18.
We are working on expanding our size offerings in the future and welcome your feedback. If you are interested in our patterns but your size is not currently available, please let us know via the contact form below.
What is included in your PDF patterns?
All our PDF patterns include:
- The printable pattern in A0, A4 and US letter size. The files are layered so you can print only the size you need.
- A guide on how to print your pattern.
- A digital version of our instructions booklet, with detailed diagrams.
- Access to a step-by-step tutorial video on youtube
How can I print my PDF pattern?
-Bring the A0 file to a copy shop. Ask them not to scale the artwork and check the scale box (10×10cm)
-Print A4 or US Letter at home. Open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader, choose only your size layer, and ensure "Do not scale" is selected. Check the 5×5cm box for accuracy.

What is included in your paper patterns?
All our paper patterns include:
- The pattern with all sizes, printed on 60gsm pattern paper. The pattern pieces do not overlap, eliminating the need for tracing. The paper's weight is ideal for pinning directly to your fabric.
- A high-quality printed instructions booklet, with detailed diagrams.
- Access to a step-by-step tutorial video on youtube.
