2. Products & Orders
We sell sewing patterns in paper and PDF formats, as well as fabrics and fabric samples.
All product descriptions and prices are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to update them at any time.
Orders are subject to availability. You will receive an email confirming acceptance once your order is dispatched.
3. Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods available.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
5. Cancellation & Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for most products.
Exceptions:
PDF patterns are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to immediate access.
Cut fabrics are considered custom and are non-returnable unless faulty.
To cancel, please contact us via the contact form with your order number. If already dispatched, return postage is at your expense.
6. Returns & Refunds
You may return unopened paper patterns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Cut fabrics and digital items (PDF patterns) are non-refundable unless defective.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including images, patterns, text, videos) is the property of Alamain Ltd.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, or modify any of our content without our prior written consent.
All sewing patterns, instruction booklets, and related content are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and remain the property of Alamain Ltd.
You are purchasing a personal licence to use these materials for non-commercial purposes only.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, or resell our patterns or instructions, whether digitally or physically, free or for sale, without our written permission.
PDF patterns are licensed for personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, or used commercially.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the purchase price of the item.
We are not responsible for colour variations due to screen differences or printing errors on your end.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the data necessary to process your order and improve our service.
We do not sell your personal data.
Payment details are handled securely by our payment processor and are not stored by us.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
